A.O.A what are the prospects of buying a plot in jkchs zone v for long term (6-7 years). Is this society safe for investment point of view.
JKCHS Zone-V is, I think, unauthorized by CDA. Please confirm at CDA site. Also JKCHS does not enjoy good reputation when it comes to development.

Useless. JKCHS haven’t even been able to get going on F-16. The farm house scheme has picked up some value only because of development of Gulberg and its possible link. The small plots are a damp squib.
