JKCHS Zone V price hike?
Does anyone know why there has been a price hike in JKCHS as people are demanding 3 lac profit? What is current status of this society?
So far nothing on ground but prices in jkchs are increasing because of Gulberg development. Anybody who visited recently can prove this perception wrong.
There were rumours swirling that new management have been elected and they have incured extra development charges.
How much of this information is credible?

Any news on f16 sector?
Am i better off investing in CBR TOWN Phase 1 or River Garden instead where possession is available? Only problem is when possession is given there is not much profit left to make out of possession area.
Also where abouts is CBR Town phase 2 located? I cant seem to find it near Sawan Garden or Naval area...
