Why jkchs g-15 is getting expensive day by day ?Is there any special reason because people are already demanding 1 crore plus for 1 kanal plot. And when g-15 and f-15 will get electric supply from there own grid station
Dear saad In last few months prices got high in g 13 g 14 d 12 e 12 i 14 bahria dha not only in g 15. Normally g 15 rate is very much proportional to g 13 rates. In g 13 one kanal plot price is around 2 crore or plus, g 15 is only 3 km from g 13 and better developed. They are already getting electricity from iesco but there own grid station will be functional within 3 years app
Grid will take 3 years ? :o according to society management it will take 3-4 months and grid is already under construction then why 3 years :\
According secretary zaheer of jkchs it will take around 3-4 months , he said this some months back
Saad as the development work is being completed, the prices will increase gradually. Also increase in facilities pushes the prices higher.

Sir in our country 3-4 months are usually considered as 8-9 months :p And secondly why it will take 2-3 years i mean g-15 n f-15 are well developed now ith more than 700 houses , and what would be the advantage to have there own grid station. Thanks for your answers :)
Saad yes i agree that in our country completion of development work means wait for many years as you know every thing is covered with political aspects. Having own grid station means ease of electricity in that area but i can't say anything that still the loadshedding problem will be removed or not :).

Dear saad There will be some advantage like comparatively load shedding will be a bit less then other sectors. Voltage will be stable. If they work properly then they will start it in 2014 but if not then safe time is 3 years :)
Hmmmmmm , currently electricity is from westridge feeder that means rawalpindi electricirty schedule is followed in g-15 n f-15 but after having own grid will they follow islamabad load shedding schedule in g-15 ?Jst thinking
