JKCHS announced AGM lets see will they announce development of F-16?
It is the time they must announce F-16 development and start it on earliest other wise they will lose the train as competitors FT, TC, MC are already on the moving track

people are not very happy for this AGM as last year was not a good year for jkchs members development wise, hope so this time management will realize ground facts and will announce some good news not only news but some practical work too
Thanks for the update Ibrahim bhai, what do you think about JKCHS Zone 5 files adjacent to Gulberg, the rates look very reasonable rite now where we can get a 7 marla all dues clear plot in 6 lac.
Nasir sb this could turn out to be good. A good gamble as after the enclave 2 investors will be looking for better options.

I dont think AGM will make any difference as this management is leaving even they announce they will not do anything as they are leaving soon and CH Yasin did not do any thing in 7 years apart from looting what you will expect may be they will able to create an artificial boom but people know them very well.
In zone 5 it 10 year they have done nothing so plot price is still 6 lakh and same plot in gulberg is now 18 plus so lot of potential but if someone came who really want to deliever like last Chairman Akram shah sib who develop G 15 and f 15 SO LETS HOPE FOR BETTER i am stuck with this osciety for last 10 year in f 16 and zone 5 very inefficient.

jkchs is still running just because of ex chairman efforts nothing done after that and another news is that ch yaseen will again appear for chairman seat , 2 other groups are also working under the table lets hope for the best.

Files are always risky anyway. Especially when you have management like jkchs. Best to stick with possession plots or places where likely to be given possession soon. The main 2 hotspots are f-16 and zone v, however, parts of f-16 are not acquired and no development. In zone v, development started but only minimal was done and now development is at a halt. All we can do is vote for someone new and pray for the best.
What will be the impact on price of possession plots after agm?
Not a big impact as their development pace always very slow also land of f-16 is not good
AGM is very near according to some sources chances are very bright that they will announce development date of f 16 and that date will be around 5th march to 18th of march lets hope for some good news
Sir market will only move if some practical steps are taken…just announcing the date will not have huge effect.
After AGM Development is going to start as i told 6 month before in my post regarding F-16 development.it is 100% sure development.let see when they take step one week prior or later.
