B-17 is better development wise but distance may be more than jinnah garden from islamabad and rawalpindi

What is the situation with Jinnah Gardens? Have they acquired any extra land and are new cuttings in street 300+ ever likely to be built?
Both are bad options for living purpose if you like to select one then B-17 is better than Jinnah Gardens.
