Jinnah Garden Phase 2

Dear all Aoa, I had two plots 8 Marla each in Jinnah Garden Phase 2. Two years back the administration of Jinnah Garden advertised to deposit the remaining dues so that the plots can be shifted to Jinnah Garden Phase 1. But when after depositing the due amount we went to receive the allotment letters they again gave us the allotment letter of Phase 2.

When we approached them they said we have procured land near the Phase 1 and will deliver plots in December.

So far no news.

What should we do, anyone has any news/suggestion.

Suggestion is to wait and watch because, in case of property matters of private housing schemes, there is hardly any authentic news source.

I think its high time you take the matter to the higher authorities

Hi, I had similar problem and for 7 years pakistani lawyers (can't trust any in Pakistan) fleeced me for everything I had, by colluding with opposite sides lawyers.
