Dear junaid jinnah garden is a fine investment specially where possession is almost ready and also its a coperative housing society usually coperative housing schemes are more safer then pvt towns,but u can find other options in ur amount.

Jinnah Garden is a good society, investment is safe but not recommended, as it is slow and location wise it is not that good, you can get much better options on Islamabad highway rather than opting Jinnah Garden, the properties will for sure gain profit but buying/selling is too slow.
