I have read that Jinnah garden phase 1 also declared illegal by CDA…what will be the effect of it on prices and what will be the effect on electricity,gas,water availibilty?

I live abroad and bought one plot of 10 Marlas in Jinnah Gardens Phase 1, Street 268 back in Jan. 2015.
I was given this for Rs.14,75000 with the assurance that this was a good price at that time, and that the possession would be in Dec. 2015 time frame. Nothing moved ever since yet conflicting and daunting news erupt every now and then about this society.
Anyhow, I have now decided to dispose this off.
I would be grateful to all fellows who can help me learning as to the current market value of the plots in street 268. I am not expecting the exact price and would be happy with the ballpark figures to make up my mind.

Dear Salman bhai,
The street in which you purchased i think is still in files. And files take time to mature. If you don't have immediate need of money i would recommend waiting for few things
a. Society elections next year
b. Signal free might advance after gulberg towards jinnah and rawat
c. General Elections 2018
These things contribute to prices. If you sell now i think it will be same price in which you bought. But then i am a novice user please check market to confirm. All the best.

I am also almost in similar situation as of Mr Salman.
I am also an overseas Pakistani and have purchased a plot 30*60 in Phase 1 ST 147in early 2016. Can you please tell me its approximate current Market value and also is it in possession area now or any chances of possession in near future. I was informed then that its possession is expected within months and it will grow a lot.
Being as Overseas we don't have much knowledge of that area and have to trust someone in any case to make certain decisions to invest our little savings.
Also now same dealer is suggesting me commercial shops with possession on main double road. Any idea of it.

The negative aspects are that the society seems to be having difficulty in acquiring additional land and development and possession of plots can be delayed but positive points are if purchased files at low price then you cannot get at these prices anywhere nearby, and if you can wait then sooner or later society have to give you a plot even if somewhere else.
It is surprising to know prices of non possession 1.4 to 1.75 in phase 1 while prices in phase 2 which carries NOC issues is 1.9.
What’s about future of files
Is there any future of Jinnah Garden project? What is the show stopper and hindrance to success in this project?

Mostly plots are in filling which can be expensive .
This is a flop society which have no hold on its own rules and regulations .
No control over the load shading .
I hope so safe clean and best investment is naval anchorage
