Today i visit Jinnah garden ,My Comments is "Best location and Best development , CDA new service road is front of Jinnah garden , already marked and soon work start .

Is any body selling his plot ?30*60 size in phase 1?

What is 30 x 60 plot value near the railway line in street 30, 31 and 32. Any idea to purchase in jinnah garden phase 1

one of my friend offered me a plot in st 32 plot is between 45 to 55. Please give some kind suggestion

Respected members. I am new for Jinnah gardens and want to make some investment. A friend of mine is offering a plot file in St 60 , plot size 200 sq yd for 17 Lacs. Is it ok. Please advise as i am Overseas Pakistani and dont have much idea of this area.

In phase 1 ??

I think in Phase 1 there are plots in street 60 n not files so Mr.RAMaY must be talking about Phase 2. I think Phase 2 have issues therefore u should consider Phase 1 for investment

Its in phase 1 but not possession plot (and may be newly generated) and their possession would be given soon.Please guide me what if it is in phase 1.

if its in phase 1 and in street 60 then it can be fruitful if u got possassion soon as rates of plots in these streets are above 30 lac n upto 35,36 lac so u can see the potential.but make sure that this file dont have any issue with tooba coorporation as i can see in newspaper notice that street 60 has some issue with tooba coorporation.

Aoa, I have a problem , I got a pair of plots in jinnah gardens street 39D almost 7 years ago, and I did full payment of them, those plots were close to railway line but later the society changed their map and alloted me plots in street 238 which is way behind,. Experts can anything be done now???

Dear Junaid Sb. Real Thanks for detailed reply. I reconfirmed and this is in St 60 and phase 1. As per him posession would be given soon but may be upto year time etc so in that case if it is not Tooba Corp related issue then it seems to be a good deal. Posession plots are upto 30 plus so non posession at almost half price should be ok. What and how i can know this Tooba Corp issue?
