I just can't understand what is going on these days it have become a joke to publish an add on print media particularly jang newspapers every other day u'l see a full page ad bahria, gulberg, dha ,property dealers all are in same line even look at todays newspaper hardly u'l find a news.
Now it has become a routine buy newspaper for "khushkhabries and shuriya"
Ahmed, the fact is Real Estate is the only business in Pakistan rite now, Army, Bureaucrats, Doctors, Engineers, everyone is after making easy money

This business seems to be more easy and profitable despite any other business as u dont have to bother of too many details, just put in ur money and rest follow the trends.
For example:
If someone invests 2 million and get 2.5 million in return after 1 year it means that person monthly return is approx 42k which is quite reasonable without worrying about the depreciation rule which in any other asset wud apply.
