I want to ask about jammu kashmir housing society zone 5. What's the status of development there?
Dear Adnan, So far the society has built rough road till farms area and about a dozen farm owners have received possession, the pace of work is very very slow and disappointing. The only good thing about this society is its location and nothingelse. I visited this place a few days back after their full page ad was published few days back. There are few farms under construction, but for residential plots’ development, I saw no hope. Only farm owners can take some joy as they can be developed but with no help from society.
JKCHS is as pathetic society as one can think...... But ultimate location gives the advantage that no one can compare....
So far i was lucky enough to get the benefit from this society.
My Words. Go for only on ground Possession able thing...
Dear Shoaib, agreed with you, regarding Possesion it’s only farms available , residential plots development has not even started yet if I am not wrong .
Ideal time to get some juice is when area id not developed. Do you think possession plot is avaiable in small amount no dear.
I am unable to find its location on Google map. Can any one tell me where it is ?
It's just adjacent to Gulberg but it doesn't have any tag on it which says its Jkchs

Dear Zeeshan , you are correct but it's still at half price as compared to Gulberg, possession farm here is for arnd 1 cr 30 plus . But with no facilities.

Yes they have the possession and its free of any controversy, but the NOC they don’t have yet, society claims that they are fulfilling CDA requirements and NOC is a no issue for them but who knows…
Whats the current price of 600sq yad plot in jk zone 5???
