Hello Everyone!
I am thinking of buying commercial shop on installment plan in J7 Emporium its 3 years plan in (B-17 aka Multi Garden) .its good location shop in medium size (230 Sqft) .So, I need Review of experts what they think about this project future,

1.Is it safe investment?
2.What about resell in future?
3. Previous records of builders.
4.Any other thing which I don’t know about to look for before buying something commercial.

Any review or advice will be highly appreciated.
