I couldn't find any plots map for JKCHS Zone-V Islamabad. How to get master plan of this society.
Thanks
You can contact the society office for that, as far as i know, they haven't issued any map yet, development never started on site, and CDA has some issues with that site area.
Not aware of all the details, may be some one else who has more knowledge on that might comment here to help us.
Dear Arshad saab,
As far I know they did issue map with plot numbers as my files which I have bought contains plot numbers with old booking. However, this is very difficult to get hold of as only the estate agents have them, but as Nasir saab pointed out contact the society and get a map of them depending upon if you are a member?
Development started long time ago but at very slow pace, starting and stopping. They managed to level quite a lot of the ground there but at the moment all you can see is mud and muck on ground! They were given CDA approval but their was a lot of politics and issues involved though hence why they took along time to get NOC from CDA. But this is sorted now. They are CDA approved as far as im aware. Its a good long term investment like DHA valley but thing is management issues!
Thanks Nasir and Sheikh sb for sharing information. Is there location map available?
I am not member and interested to see plan before buying.
I forgot to point out that development has come to a halt.
There should be a map available, its an old map though as their was a new booking so unsure whether map was revised or not. But only some estate agents dealing with JKCHS zone v have them or try the society head office. The society office should have them along with the aggro farms map which is adjacent. I found it very difficult to find actually myself. Managed to get old booking, unsure whether their has been a revised map as they did issue new booking early last year, which may have changed the master plan.
Also Arshad saab, let us know which file you manage to get whether old or new booking and the price you manage to negotiate.
My information maybe a little dated, so let me know if you discover anything new in your investigations! Good luck in your map searching process!
Dear Arshad, did you find any news?
Sheikh sab I couldn’t find any thing so far as I am overseas and rely on online information only.
You will not be able to find anything online. I think you are best off trying the society office, then when you are next in the country. Masterplan may have changed as new booking was released early last year. Good luck brother!
As per my knowledge, Gulberg is interested in over taking it, also CDA has cancelled the NOC of Jammu.
If CDA has cancelled the NOC then is it still worthy to buy there ?
When and why did CDA cancel NOC in JKCHS Zone V, Nasir?
Jkchs never get NOC but layout plan approved longtime ago you can chk CDA website and old files have number but new one don’t but if you pay 5 inst of development you can get the number and Map is in society office you can see it.
Thanks Rashid for valuable information.
Thank you Rashid bhai for the clarification, I think that explains why I have plot numbers as mine are all dues cleared.
Im sure they got NOC from someone as they started development legally?
Thanks Rashid bhai, can somebody pls quote the prices for all sizes, i mean profit plus actual price.
Khayaban-e-Kashmir –II
Khayaban-e-Kashmir-II, Zone-V was launched in 2005. The scheme is consisted on 4500 allottees for which 4000 Kanals land is owned by Jammu & Kashmir Cooperative Housing Society. The Layout Plan and Engineering Designs of Khayaban-e-Kashmir-II, (Phase-I) Zone-V have been approved by the CDA. Vide letter No. CDA/PLW-HS(RP)2(767)04/131 dated 10.12.2007 and letter No. CDA/PLW-HS(RP)2(767)/2004/151 dated 20-04-2009. Provisional plots numbers have been allotted to members through balloting and the work of main approach road via Zone-IV is started. The remaining land is being purchased on availability of funds. All documents for issuance of NOC have already been submitted to the CDA and its issuance is expected shortly. Contract of Development work has also been awarded and development work is started accordingly. Layout Plan of remaining land is under process. T.B.S of Sui Gas has also been installed in the Scheme. An amount of Rs.1.02 billions is due from members of Zone-V which is the main hindrance in the process of development and completion of land.
By the way who suggested them to invest F-16 sector’s development funds in Zone V. Now when almost all files are in property agents hands they are expecting recovery of Rs, 1.02 billion to complete their project. Point to be noted, property agents are their elected management as well ;-)so dont worry and wait till next 5-8 years.
