Brother of-course G-13/ G-14 are at best location of Islamabad i.e on Kashmir Highway, G.T road and after Airport operational it will be the most attractive pair of CDA sectors but time fram you are mentioning seems to be invalid as the management is with Housing and CDA.

On zameen.com, I can see G-13 prices going up. Is this for real or just some temporary effect of KH or any other factor.
