Living in sector g-13 in islamabad will be similar to living in any other developed sector (i.E. G-11, g-10, i-8) in islamabad with in next 6-12 months where civic facilities will be practically existent. Brother of-course G-13/ G-14 are at best location of Islamabad i.e on Kashmir Highway, G.T road and after Airport operational it will be the most attractive pair of CDA sectors but time fram you are mentioning seems to be invalid as the management is with Housing and CDA.

I think your assessment will be correct after 2 years approximately

Any Update about Kashmir Highway Part III ?

On zameen.com, I can see G-13 prices going up. Is this for real or just some temporary effect of KH or any other factor.

This is real move the rates will grow continuously in G-13 and G-14 possession area
