Its just senate body which can only make recommendations, I guess.
But the issue is very very serious after the recent unfortunate incidents.
Sir this is the capital ... If something happens here (Allah sey dua hey key apnay fazal mein rakhay hum sub ko) it will be a big big problem!
Also, by international aviation standards residential housing should not be near airports because aircraft fly low in this zone and birds can be a big hazard. As you know birds tend to salvage food from trash.

Jungle is not a problem sir ji. The problem is the trash generated by houses.
Even if people throw their trash properly, it will be a problem because in our country people dont use proper plastic bags plus garbage cans are not properly covered. Maasi ja key puri basket hi khaali kar deti hey ya phir shopper mein daal key phaink aati hey. Phir parinday aa kay wahan fruits, veggies even roti kha laitay hein. Unki dekha deikhi aur birds bhi aa jatay hein aur phir chal so chal.

i have already explained my thinking about this whole thing of tc in some other threads,
my view is that small investors must not suffer, they should be compensated by government in today's market rate,
bcz
it was government fault to allow the big fish [ builder of or owner of society] to eat the small fish [ small investors]
but one cannot justify the security risk to be maintained at high level bcz of the interests of few trapped investors?
