I am having great difficulty with my property in multan. While i see other properties in the same area listed for 5 crore+, all estate agents are insisting that my property (which is larger) is only worth 4 crore max. I feel like everyone is trying to crook me. I would appreciate an expert opinion
Dont make haste…show some patience…Dealers always like to pressurize you and use these tactics to demoralize you…And remember dont go for too many dealers…Stick to one or 2 maximum…
