Aoa respectable members,
I have a serious question needs addressing hopefully i will gain knowledge through this question. My house is in raza block allama iqbal town. I applied for noc from lda but i got objection on noc they say it comes in some 27/1 khatta which they say is on the plot. The house was constructed in 1987 and my father transferred this house in my name some 5-6 years back. How come they had no objection in that transfer but now they have. Also plz guide me what i should do as i urgently need money and already made a deal of my house.
