Sir Lahore is a much bigger market with lot more wealth in circulation so if you invest in good areas such as DHA or Bahria you normally get higher returns as compared to Islamabad. In Karachi, the gains are even higher but there are many risks also.

We should agree on one thing that Lahore is much larger market as compared to Islamabad. However, I don't think we could do direct comparison of both the markets in totality... It could be done on case to case basis.

Lahore is the only city in Pakistan which witnessed a lot of consistent development projects. It is also most peaceful city after Islamabad. Karachi, Peshawar and Quetta has law and order problems.
I think is the precise reason why real estate is performing in Lahore.
