Dear All,
E-12 will develop after 5-7 yrs because after this time d-12 will be fully developed like f-11 or g-11 now-a days, after this time CDA will develop e-12 and rates of e-12 will be more than d-12 because it's on Margalla Road.
Please share at which price we can find 12 marla plot for E-12.

Any update on frozen situation of Sector E-12, for year-2014 ? Please do share whatever you know the latest.
I found the below on CDA's site. I hope something good happens.
Camp Office of Land and Rehabilitation Directorate established at Sector E-12
Islamabad, March 04, 2014 On the directions of Chairman Capital Development Authority (CDA), Maroof Afzal a Camp/Site Office of Land and Rehabilitation Directorate has been established at Dhok Choora Stop, Sector E-12 to facilitate the affectees. The Revenue Staff deputed at Camp/Site Office will process the pending claims at site for early disposal of their rehabilitation benefits.
CDA acquired land for opening up of Sector E-12 in 1985. Subsequently different awards for acquisition of Build Up property (BUP) were announced to compensate the affectees. CDA Board in its meeting dated 12-02-2014 has decided to compensate the affectees by providing them rehabilitation benefits on analogy of Sector D-12.

Please donot get trapped by above announcement as it is again one of investor and gamblers gimmick with the connivance of corrupt cda people to lure people for purchase in e 12 this happening since last twenty years same game still going on
WAIT TILL THE START OF ACTUAL WORK BEINGS AND CDA START RELEASING PAYMENT TO CONTRACTOR. IT IS WISE TO GET LESS PROFIT THAN GET TRAPPED FOR TEN TO FIFTEEN YEARS MORE
