Now these days Islamabad Bahria DHA O9 PWD Rawat road site is going very down very fast and Fateh Jang road site is going up price may double triple within a year because Islamabad New International Airport is going to functional cargo service in this June 2014 so its time to invest this site this a very good general advice otherwise as u wish Lahore down Quetta down Peshawar down but these day are a up price new airport site.

Prices are stable in DHA, not declining.
Zone 2 fair societies are good and prices will rise there but it will take time.
Mian sb just mis-guide people through false claim.
Please avoid him as he is the only person deals in Pechs.
In the last one year prices have not increased. My plot in k block is still the same which is 16 lac
Whenever i call his company he tells me that market is very down and we will buy for 16 lac
However when someone calls him from my reference for buying he quote price of 22 lacs lolz

The whole Islamabad property in either stable or slightly declining,like DHA,Bahria,B-17,G-14 and G-15.
Compare the advertisment on Newspapers,OLX,Zameen 3-4 months before and compare now.Then it will be easy to decide prices are increasing or decreasing.
If some one claiming prices are increasing he is just bull shitting.
I think the prices will be stable in developed/ready possession areas and files where ever they are the prices will decrease in future, only invest in developed sectors, MPCHS, Bahria and DHA are the best options still available in market.
Buying in MPCHS, DHA & Bahria just because of there name doesnot make any sense. Rates decreased significantly in Bahria Phase 8 recently. B-17 is also decreasing. DHA is stable but we should remember prices in DHA phase 2 decreased from 1 Carore plus to 40 Lacs few years back. Now it is again around 1 carore.
@ Rajakaleem…Sir at that time there was nothing in dha plus that was investors game…Now game is totally different due to involvement of genuine buyers and dha 2 is slowly slowly gaining during this time period as well…

I think it is better to invest in those places where prices not much increased last year. Zone V societies other than DHA & Bahria looks better options. Gulberg, Soan Garden, Ghauri Town etc.
I know most of people on this forum donot like these socities but in present circumstances these are best options. Because prices in whole Islamabad are in correction stage. Zone 2 is overprices so prices are correcting (decreasing). Zone V was under priced for long time so now prices are increasing.
My friend bought plot in Soan Garden at 17.5 Lac 3 weeks back. Now it is around 23 Lac. Similarly prices are increasing in other socities as well. I personally looking for plot in Gulberg.
