Islamabad plot options in 2 crore

Aoa all respected members

I do job in blue area and looking for plot options for personal home construction that has minimum travel distance from central islamabad. I prefer home over flats and best schools colleges hospitals of islamabad close by. My budget is 2 crore and need 10 marla or above plot size.

Few options comes to mind are g-13, i-series and bahria enclave. Please shed some light on pros n cons like security, infrastructure, travel distance to islamabad and personal experiences of living.

Also some views about Gulberg Greens, do it has 1 kanal plots? or all are farm house of 4 kanals.

Gulberg greens and bahria enclave is one of the best options i think go and visit these places yourself before making a decision. I sector and g-13 are not that beautifully built so my vote is against them. Security wise i think you no society is safe. Just make sure you have cctv and doors are locked all the time. Schools should operate soon in these areas.

Gurbergh Residencia is almost 10km from islamabad expressway plus shopping malls apartments on the way,

Greens is good but out of budget.
