I want to buy a small land for farm house and than build it. Is it worth buying farm house in Islamabad orchards by multi professionals?

Currently I am residing outside Pakistan, but I am from Islamabad G-9/3, how far it will be from there? If I take motorway on my own car than probably 30 to 40 mins? Or more ? Secondly, multi professional is reliable? They are saying they will develop in 30 months. Can they? How is their reputation in Pakistan Market?
Reputation of multi professional is now much better then past. Normally in market they are reliable and professional and already they delivered many projects in time.

I like your comments a lot, there is always a good sense behind the text. Can you advise me something, I have a dream to have my own small (around 5 kanal) farm house and I decorate it the way I want. I can spend something between Rs 4 to 5 million, which is the best option for me in your opinion?
