Please advise which sector is best for investment I-15 or I-16, how much time it will take to develop these sectors as I was reading about I-16 its been more then 10 15 years this sector is still in same condition not much population, only few houses are built. How I-15 will be different from this?
AOA Bro, in my humble opinion I-16 would be a better bid as almost all sectors of CDA develop on self held basis, for instance G-13 developed on its own and then after 8-10years, people shifted their focus towards I-14 and now it is getting better and more houses are constructed, so I-16 has already some population so in my opinion I-16 would be next big thing….
Sir, Thank you for you valuable input, what’s your opinion about the current plot value in both sectors.
Plot value is almost the same despite the fact that I-16 have possessable plots and I-15 have not.
what do you think if CDA announces possession in I-15 and once houses start to build, wouldn’t the prices go up?
My concern here is to assess the potential of returns on my investment in coming 2 years max.
