Iam currently looking at plots in i-11 and h-11. I believe these are very close to nust in islambad and also the kashmir highway.
Can you please advise the following:
1) what price i should expect to pay for a plot around 8-10 maria in both sectors
2) which is sector is more developed
3) has the cda given buyers possession of plots in thiese sectors yet?
4) are there any concerns i need to be aware of yet?

H-11 is not residential sector.
I-11/1 & I-11/2 are residential sub sectors.
Possession Of plots is available. Construction of houses is underway.Services are not available.
Sector I-11 location is V. Good.10 Marla Plot is not possible in I-11.
Plot sizes & approx price:
25X40 34 to 45 lekh
25X50 52 to 60 lekh
25X60 55 to 75 lekh
30X60 75 to 1.05 lekh
30X70 80 to 95 lekh
Due to better location 30X60 plots are expensive.

Which location plots of size 25X40 are good… I mean street numbers / plot numbers?
1-Plots on Service Road North and nearby area.
2- Plots on main double road between I-11/1 & I-11/2.

But I-11 is not populated so far due to non availabality of basic facilities, H-13 is not a cda sector but some one can build house
You are right, construction activity in I-11 is not that much, however, people have started house construction in I-11/2... The sector lacks all the basic requirements for living at the moment.
H-13 is not proper cda approved sector... But people are living there and it is very populated. But again it is like a village and not properly planned.
