Does anyone here in this forum know the historical rates of old projects such as f-10 g-11 g-10 e.T.C. Basically main islamabad and current rates so we can compare actual profit made during the time span. I am planing on investing 50 lak and want to know historial rates so i can get a estimate average return i will get back in say 10 year span .
The previous growth of these sectors will never be matched again. The historical rates were from when there was no aabadi, no nothing - now Islamabad is the best place to be in the country and that’s why rates are already sky high
I dont have all the data but I can give you 40x80 house price for g-9/1, we got it for 16 lacs in 1988,,,,,current price at least 25 Million
30x50 plot in G-9-3 ....40K...1980...these were allotted to PAF employees originally....current rate 12 million for plot
Well, it can not be compared now, inflation, environment, demand/supply, currency rates, economical factors, it can never be measured now, Plots in F-8 were being sold on installments in 7-8 lacs when they were introduced, In G-10 we sold our 7 marla house for 16 lacs in 1991, Bought a 10 marla house in G-8 for 75 lacs in 2003, now even if you invest, you will not be able to invest in Islamabad in 50 lacs.
There was a time when my great grandfather was forcefully offered plots in the new capital called Islamabad. But he was least interested and said why should I buy land in jungles. 3 generations are regretting it now.
3 generations will regret it but the grand pa will be happy since he does not have to account for it in Akhirat! the mor ethe blessings here the more the accountability in the hereafter.

We made a house on 25 x 60 in I 10 with 3 lac and land cost was 40k in 1990, We sold it in 90 lac in 2013…
@Sinful. I think you misunderstood things here. Doing something good for yourself and your coming generations is a very good DEED.
In I-9/4 rate of 25*50 (5Marla) new double story homes were in range in between 9 to 10 lac in 1990 and sector was almost 60 70 percent developed.
What will you guys say the average return per capital is in property investment on say a span on 10 years in islamabad zone 2
