Looking at Islamabad Block G B-17 Multi Gardens.

Buy a plot build long term family home 14 Marla - 1 kanal (more towards top end near the hills overlooking the area)

Wanted to know if this was a good area / how water services like / price range buy and build
Will look to start building by March 2023.

Purchase plot files through agent or not worth the hassle and any reputable agents you know in that area.

Any advice would be very helpful.

ager apni zaati rehaish k liye laina hai to phir A, B and C mein underground water theek hai, baqi jaga per kahen pani hai kahen nahi hai. ager investment k liye laina hai to G block say bahter hai k E ya phir C1 mein plot lein. ager budget nahi hai to phir FMC mein lay lein wahan ka rate aur G Block ka rate almost same hai. G Block Margalla avenue say kafi door hai, us say behter hai Faisal hills mein A ya phir executive block mein plot lay lein.
