Aoa, i have a plot in sector d and have been offered to get a ready to build plot 1 kanal in sector a provided we start construction in 3 months of possession. I have heard that they only give choice of 2 streets and that too is a very far away and bad location?
Also can someone advice on market value if we swap our plot for a block and if there is a way we can rather get one in sector b even if it means we have to pay a bit more.

Its better to first check land as construction cost is more in sector A due to filling plots and I think they are giving u these filling plots
@Sohail Do you not think A is a better location since it is right next to the all important B block as well as it has an entrance gate to the society.
@Baber Khan I completely agree with you and we will make sure its a level plot first before proceeding.

For prices i think best would be to go there but prices depends upon location and soil strenght as far prices are concerned there is no hard and fast rule now a days in b17
A,B or for that matter even C ..is better than D
It all depends on your plan
If you want to build a home now go and do the trade.
If you want to sell the plot and make money than wait out for D, since A has already got the maturity and price change will be less compared to D.
