Isb zone IV & V rise in 2015

As airport will be shifted to fateh jang, all the traffic and vip routes will go that way as well. Also there will be lot less noise and pollution issue. Therefore, zone iv & v will be much peaceful place to live. It will bring in genuine buyers and investment.

Zone IV & V will beat Zone 2 for sure. Matter of fact it has been already done.

Alot of haphazard development taking place in zone iv…it will be like satellite town in near future. …this place is a hell of many illegal and unauthorised housing schemes located at every corner…

I think one should be realistic planning of zone 2 is much better than zone 4 & 5 so far…

If you visit lehtrar road, taramari it give a look of raja bazaar…tarlai, khanna, etc r worst…Chatta bakhtavar, etc are like slumps…ghuri town do not give a feeling of posh locality…ill planning everywhere…

Which society in Zone II? G-15 where sewage is out of order and there is no drinkable water and people replying on boring water? or B-17 where people are getting robbed by the mafia management? or G-16 where they don't even have land acquired yet?

I hope you are not talking about PAF Tarnol, Faisal Town, Top-City, Mumtaz City, Gulshan-e-sehat, AWT, Ministry of commerce as those societies are outside Zone II and not even part of islamabad.

Don't take it personal i was comparing the zones of Islamabad ... I was not particularly talking about the individual efficiencies or quality of work with in these zones that's a separate discussion...

just see the wikimapia and u would come to know about layout / planning of zones...

Bhai log every society has its own pros and cons.

G-15 = Agree no water, main transmission line in between residencial area, no sewerage.

F-15= Not authorised by CDA, a lot of area not acquired but sold to innocent people.

F-16= No plan for F-16 so far everyone is playing for votes.

G-16= The filled Naula (water Channel) and sold to innocent people, most of the area belonged to village attached to society and a high fy from village is acting director of society so forget about any development in next 10 years.

Top City = Again lies, No access, no water, but good location

Faisal Town = not authorised by CDA, owned by active Multi senior, who is utilising Multi resources for his personal benefits. But he shall deliver first phase to fetch more money.

Multi = long story but F-17 is ok with good underground water level

Brothers, No need to fight. CDA is forcing Islamabad Electric and Sui Gas Authorities to stop supplying facilities in Islamabad District without receiving the NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE. This is another recent setback to Real Estate Business, which is already in decline due to Bahria and few other giants.

NOC required for gas and electricity connection

Islamabad: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) has ordered power and gas companies to give connections only to buildings that have no-objection certificates (NOCs) from the Capital Development Authority (CDA).

According to a news source, the IHC justice gave these orders to the Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) and Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) while hearing a case against an illegal property in Sector E-11.

Aoa, Any body guess, this shifting of Airport would effect sectors like I-14, I-15/16 to what extent, please

First of all think whether new air port is going to be operational or not?..I believe new air port will never start until and unless Malik Raiz is…He will not accept to change all movements and activities to be shifted to that side, otherwise how he can market Bahria town?
