Earlier today someone told me that ary laguna and dha city have issued a notice which says now that you have bought an application, you have to get them verified after which you can get booking form against them?
Can any expert tell me what these people are playing at? How does this system work? Is that how things usually happen in dha or karachi? Someone please clarify?
