Is this the right time to buy or to sell??
Sir prices of property in islamabad are stagnant for last 2 or 3 months and property business is also not very good in ramadan and prices are expected to shhot every where after ramadan especially in islamabad so in my viewpoint it is the best time for buying and it is not the right time for selling.
Agreed with saadi… This is buyers’ time, of course, and they can get good return just after ramadan …

This could be a very good time for purchase if you can make a good deal. I would not recommend this month for selling as it is expected that prices would increase after ramdan. Thanks

Prices have rocketed in unbelievable places. Majority of islamabad is way overprices, and it can perhaps increase in next 6 months, so unsure whether its wise to sell now, then again prices may drop once everyone sees the new governments actions and intention. If you want to sell wait around 6 months, if you want to buy, then buy now! But be warned don't pay over the odds as prices have gone aywall recently with the price hike these past 6 months.
