With insanely increasing prices in property, the question is, is it sustainable ? And what will be effects after budget 2016-17. Inparticular to dha lahore phase 8 and dha city karachi
DHA Lahore Phase 8 prices are lower than Phases 1-6 even though Phase 8 is much better standard and in fact a better location too because of direct access on the major ring road which takes you everywhere. So neither is the price insane nor is there a bubble to burst.
DHA CITY Karachi Prices are too high, they will dip definitely, invest in Bahria Town Karachi where prices are still low, development work is in high speed and it will be liveable in next one year.
There is'nt no "bubble".However prices seems higher in specific locations but they hiked gradually. Bubble is the situation when you see hyper-hikes within short time-span. Remember 2004-2005 property boom? from december 2004 to january 2005 prices gone 100 % higher , just in 30 days, creating bubble & that busted in end of Feb.
So, the phenomena observed in 2004-2005 can be titled as bubble but currently situatuion is entirely different.....consistent growth resulting in Stability.
