I am about to start construction of a 5 marla house in dha phase 11 (rahbar) lahore. My contractor is telling me that dha has made it compulsory to do a soil test when you apply for house drawings. Is this true?
If yes, then what are my options? Which 3rd parties soil test report is acceptable by dha lahore? How much will this test cost me?
