It seems like the PM is trying to finish the delayed projects asap. After kashmir highway the next visit might be made. If that happens it will boost b17 further. Let’s hope for the best. Any thoughts?
Till how far people are going to sell the New Airport…anyways, i think if he visits, (which is expected soon if our visiting PM Nawaz visits Islamabad), rates in Top City, Mumtaz City are going to rise for sure and it will bring an end to the Rawat Airport rumors.
Dear ali govt want to finish both projects but there are funds issues and in margalla avenue land issue is also there but hopefully it will be solved. It will take some time. And definitely whenever margalla avenue will be functional it will impact on B-17 prices.

Well I suppose its his words, which will count more than his visit. It depends upon his conclusion and discovery from the visit that I think will hike the prices. (for example: if he says he is happy with the current progress there and reassures the public that the airport has a deadline date, which is realistic and will be functional by this date) then the prices around new airport will hike! but just by visiting, I don't think this will do much of a positive effect to be honest!
there MUST be a confirmation by the representative from the governing body or PM that the airport is going nowhere!
Yes that’s what the investors are waiting for. In fact the Rawat airport “rumour cum Joshe khitabat” will benefit zone 2 by bringing back those who ditched zone 2 and this time it will sky rocket the prices especially in possession societies like mpchs f17…
I think his visit will for sure result in increase in prices and it is common sense that when he will visit he will make some statement or information minister will say what PM wanted to say as PM said a lot about kashmir highway project and it will result in price increment.
