My question is that pace circle sounds great on paper. It has a strong developer and by all accounts, the project is going to be highly successful one. My question is whether that 8% estimated rental yield is realistic?
Pace Circle is near Lahore’s airport. The location alone -especially with an inventory of serviced hotel apartments - seem like a sound basis for future gains. These estimates are usually calculations made by the developers and powdered by marketers, however, in this case I have high hopes. Pace is a brand that holds value for Lahoris and that’s likely to turn up profit for some very lucky investors.
