Is it the end of 2013 mega hits of Isb/Pindi real estate Multi B-17 and Phase 8?? Or they will survive and may regrow after some time in 2014 too?

Brother, as per my knowledge is concerned, the plots prices in b-17 have not reached to their max limits. They are still immature as compared to other mature societies. So, in my view, the prices are likely to grow in the looming time.

comparatively, the prices in phase 8 are more than in B-17.

Not good news for zone-2 investors.

I think it is early to say anything conclusively. It will be another month or so, when we may able to see a clearer picture of a long term trend. It could be mere correction or could be due to (temporary) halt of rupee spiraling down against dollar or the prevailing law and order situation in country. What I feel, Bahria investors got trapped in enclave 2 (should I call it scam?) and some of them are busy in investing the Bahria Karachi forms etc. So once the dust is settled in next couple of months, it would be easier to make a decision (hopefully).

I thought the new airport was not relevant for Zone 2 as govt. Announced the airport in Rawat few months back or I am missing something?

Very unfortunate news. Another scam and wastage of national wealth.

Airport or no airport, zone 2 is going to be new zero point of Islamabad.

Also in todays express news...on the basis of this visit , Malik Riaz can now offer new airport at Rawat @ half the cost and reduced timelines.....:)

Well PAC/NS and all others are interested in earning more money from some new endavour, as they have nothing left to get from this very airport, Pity.

Well B-17 plus Phase 8 prices are coming down steadily.

Abdul Majeed Sb, now what will happen to all those investors of TopCity, which you were promoting/ convincing aggressively, please don't take it personal, I am just asking for my personal consumption and knowledge, whether this will affect the investment in TopCity or not? Please educate us with this new development?

As per dealers “khalbali” has started in top city and Mumtaz city investers since yesterday, Lots of plots for resale as now its a long term investment…B-17 prices expected to rise sharply in coming days

Dear Mr. Khan: If you took my posts as promotion of TC, then your understanding was very wrong. I always share my views with forum members and I believe most of us in the forum do the same. What wil happen in TC next, Allah knows only. Rest is buest guesses only from the forum members.

Off course there are issues in construction of the new airport, but from both news in Jang & Express, there is no hint that this huge project is going to be scrapped by government. Instead PAC has shown anger over delay and mismanagement in completion of this project.

Malik Sb, you were not accepting the risk factor involved with TC, so that is my concern, otherwise, every one is free to give his views and recommendations. Thanks
