Is it right time to exit i-15/4, 25x50 and buy in i-16 30x60

Right now 25x50 corner prices are touching 55-60 lac, should i switch my plot with 30x60 in i-16 or is there any more juice left in i-15/4?

I say these I4/15/16 will impcat each other one way or another ... Atleast to hold 6+ months it will indicated if it's already saturated or still the potential.

Any Development work and anticipation will help 15 better than 16 that is bullet-proof but rise gradual...

More risk more gains. I-15/4 is appreciating day by day. You have to realise that i-15 is in the air and on the other side I 16 is a reality. I think one should take calculated risk. If you are getting a handsome return, you can move and park your investment in i-16 which is secure developed and possession area which means no potentially decrease in value. I-15 has massively jumped and if the development do not kicked off for few more months can loose investor interest and may see some fall in price but not a big fall is expected. Its location and niebourhood is good and all the land is appreciating day by day.

If I-15/4 development starts the prices will appreciate more but can stop increasing or may decrease so decision is yours. I-16 will be stable and appreciate as genuine buyers will go there for construction purpose. I-16 is safe where as i-15 is game play.

As long as the anticipation even two tractors continue work there it will attract investors.

Yes Khalid Sab and Imtiaz Sab i was also thinking same, I-15 prices are in the air and even it start development in coming months, it will take at least one year to get the possession if every things goes perfect. Or it will be practically livable after atleast 4-5 years. Once we look at the capabilities of CDA (not even to bring electricity in I-11 in many years) I am sure that its development will surely stalled after some time. There is a 3x jump in prices in I-15 in last two years.

I eventually have to jump out from I-15 my only question is to when? Now or wait for few more months.

I think Nasir sb. You have few months to play around abserve closely and decide. I think the price will not suddenly drops it will stop increasing first and then it will gradually drops if the investors went out of the equation.

It is always better to enjoy your gains and transfer them to possession property in I-16. You will indeed secure your investment.

I think the possession of I 15 is well ahead of 2 to 3 years atleast.
