I’m seeing some affordable houses in my range on h-13 islamabad. Is this legal sector? What is the catch in buying property here? I searched online and saw alot of notices from cda about apartments but they didn’t mention about houses. One of my friend company has shifted there business in h-13 it seems rent is affordable there too.
H-13 is exempted from CDA master plane CDA is having issue with high rise buildings.
This area will not be transferable from CDA. It will be transfered through Zilah Kachehri Islamabad through Registry Inteqaal.
My advice will be to keep away from this area.
