People with plots in e12 seem to be a bit desperate. Everyday i seem to be getting alerts on e12 plots being added for sale. Some people seem to be pricing them very highly and each person seems to be uploading (or editing current listing of) 7/8 plots at once.

Is this a way to make people think online pricing has increased and a desperate attempt to keep plots visible all the times.

CDA did not take any measure the start the development work, but also post different add for e-12 which effect the prices of e-12.

Maybe because its multi, but isn’t multi in e-11? Or is it e-12?

Sir e-12 in my opinion is just a bubble which can burst anytime.It does not seems to be an attractive investment anymore
