In CDA unauthorized societies list “Gulberg Housing Scheme (Phase-2), Lehtrar Road” is mentioned then how Gulberg is claiming that they have got the NOC?
When I saw this NOC issue I enquired and I was told that this Gulberg Phase II with no NOC from CDA is different from IBECHS-III and it is on Lehtrar road (it is different society from IBECHS and IBECHS even asked them not to use the word ‘Gulberg’). IBECHS-1 and IBECHS-II were in Pakistan town and the current Gulberg is IBECHS-III which includes Gulberg Greens and Gulberg Residentia and these both have got NOC. The Gulberg Greens and residentia are not on the Lehtrar road.

Agreed with MG4 Gulberg greens and Gulberg Residencia are safe and secure projects. Both have NOC.
Yes but residensia noc is just of approx 3500 plots n thy have sold 12000 plots.its truth

Yes they are all illegal till date unless they get noc for remaining plots as well.
NOC is not a big deal now a days, it is IB's society as well.
Naval Anchorage also does not have NOC :)
Gulberg is a legal land and authorized that`s why you have no need to be worried. You may easily go for investment at this place. Construction and management is very good as well. There is no issue of bluff but you have to do proper documentation for property buying and selling both purposes.
