I want to buy a plot in this society but have heard from multiple resources that society is there for a long time and is a fraud. Is that true ? Thanks for advise.

I avoided E-19 due to location, however, I do not think its a scam. They may have had politics involved in the past but im sure its sorted now as from what I heard development is taking place…unsure whether this is true?
No it is not a scam but the previous management was uncompetent but now as the new management has taken the charge development work has speed up also given possesion to allotees but due to late development people confidence has shaken and the prices are low as compared to surrounding societies and its good time for investment as new airport is opening soon at nearby location and prices are going up
