Is Diamond Residency A Good Option?

Hi,

I wanted to find out if diamond residency is a good investment option. I am overseas and don't know about the builder reputation, location value, chance of value appreciation, etc.

Can someone please advise? It is near Iqra University and they say it is in DHA. The small apartment cost is I think around 30 lac.

Dear Uzair,

I have never heard of any such housing scheme. Even if there is one, why do you wanna spend this amount in a locality that's so not known when you can pick a better location?

For overseas investors, known projects work well.
