Zain Bahai there is no source.But this area is attached to dha9 and state life don't ve funds to develop this area.So it looks to me that one day Dha ll acquire it at the ratio of 1:3 or even 1:4.
Now nab also behind them and they ve to do something.When u ll call them, they ll answer that we ll start developing Phase CC and JJ this year.
It is only my gut feeling that phase CC and JJ may b they ll merge with state life phase one and the other land close to Dha 9 ll b acquired by Dha.
It happens before also when one society(forget the name) was facing same problems.This society was merged with phase 5 at the ratio of 1:4.
But this is only my personal assessment.

Talks has been started for merger between SL and Dha.
Yes I also seen wats app of CMY in this regard.
There is AGM is september.After this position can b clear.
