I want to buy 1 Kanal (developed and possession) plot in Bahria Town phase 8.
I want to know if Bahria Hamlet is fully safe and one can buy and construct house for living. As there are many houses under construction there.
Or do anyone has good suggestion in terms of better option than Bahria Hamlet.
These days prices starts from 1.5 Corers for 1 Kanal in Bahria Hamlet.

Bahria Hamlet is one of the best safe & secure places in phase-8.
Our personal experience is also very promising in Hamlet 4 Kanal tower plot.
We bought just 2 months before . It was ground plus 6 story approval but we have been succeeded in having it approved for ground plus 8 stories.
Alhamdolilla, plot has been appreciated more than35% now as offers are been received.
Plus there are good chances that it would go to DHA.
If you buy now, there is sure profit In Shaa Allah after Pindi bypass starts in near future.
Having said that there is also one concern… some places in Hamlet have RDA involvement & you have to deal them in clearance stuff once plaza completes. They are currupt to core…
