I purchased an 8 marla plot in bahria enclave islamabad last year. All installments have been paid but no signs of on ground plots yet!!! No one is answering our questions about possessions of plots. After this new hype created by cda about cancellation of noc, some people inside bahria marketing are advising that we should sell the plot. Can anyone give me honest advice as to what should i do? I.E. Whether i should sell the plot with whatever profit i get right now or wait for a year n see the situation? Are there any chances that this problem of approval by cda willl be resolved and we’ll get the possession of our plots by next year?
Sir dont worry.Insha allah all the matters will be fine very soon.Just pray.
If you get a very good offer, do consider it.
I have also heard so many rumours about bahria enclave and i honestly don't know whats going on...Im keeping mine for now and seeing what happens...Im sure they will work something out as they have the officials in there pockets...Money talks!
as mbs has mentioned - if you get a solid price which you cant refuse then take it! I would but I don't think I will get such a price with all these rumours circulating by estate agents that prices will drop etc...
Sir i will again say that dont worry.Everything will be fine. Its just a temporary issue which will be sorted out soon.
I really admire the contribution of malik riaz and bahria town to the real estate of pakistan. Seeing their projects makes me proud that pakistan has state of the art developments. Hope they keep progressing insha.Allah. But i could never convince myself to invest my hard earned money in bahria. The reason is my difficulty with placing all my bets on the well being, continued credibility, reputation and wisdom of only one man or one family. Especially when it comes to newer developments of bahria where possession is not given and the risk is high.
I would say that this current situation is temporary, people would forget about this in few weeks and the situation would return to normal as usual. We have seen this kind of situations so many times in the past as well since the launch of this project but nothing has happened. The prices have gone up. The prices are still not down, as everything is selling in profit. I personally think that situation would change after ramdan. The development in the area is very fast, i see people start living there by the end of 2013 or start of 2014. Once, people would start living there, i bet we will not be able to get plot in this scheme if you consider its development and environment. Anyone who can afford to construct a house in bahria enclave, will be very happy living there. Its awesome place really. Dont worry, things would settle down soon. If some one is not in need of money he/ she should not sell property in bahria enclave as i believe it would be one of the expensive living place in islamabad in the coming few years. This is my humble and sincere personal opinion, rest allah knows better. Regards
