I have a budget of 3 million - 3.5 million can some one please suggest me a plot which can be risk free even if roi is less. As i want to invest, i have been offered a shop in rabi center in rwp for 4.5 million with rent of 23 thousand. Should i opt for it? Or third option is to invest in islamic certificates.
Please suggest me some good socities only like dha isb or bahria rwp/ islamabad.
