Property is a game of holding. If you want to get out after only a year there is no guarrente that you will exist with profit as real state is peaking already, its a sellers market in general right now not a buyers market at this point in time general. I am looking to invest 30 million as well but in lahore. What i have learnt so far during all my research is
1- your profit will solely depend on choosing the right property and buying it at the right time.
2- Properties with highest rentals are the shops in mall and hotel apartments but downside is the dont have much potential to grow.
3- Investing in an upcoming or ongoing project can give you a gd return but is a high risk investment.
4- Location, location and location.
