In your budget you can search plots in Safari Valley. Much populated than phase 8.
Block L is also good option or buy three 5 marla plots in phase 8 extension but as a long term investment, prices are rising there due to announcement of ring road and development work.

Dear Naveed, I can see that the current rates in Safari valley for 5 marlas are 27+ lacs whereas the rates for 7 marlas are 36+ lacs. Is this the most populated area of Phase 8. What should one expect to be the prices in 3-4 years for a 5 and 7 marla plot?

What should one expect to be the prices in 3-4 years for a 5 and 10 marla plot? From an investment point of view, should one buy 2 10 marla plots or 4 5 marla plots?
