I need expert opinion regarding 1 crore investment in order to generate rental income either in residential or commercial property in lahore or islamabad. Since i am an overseas and not living in pakistan which option is best for me or easy to manage and secure from qabza group. I heard many cases that if rental finds out you are living in overseas then they give you hard time if you like to evacuate the place. Please consider all those facts. I know shop is easy to manage and always have limiited commercial area in each scheme.
What are your ideas about Habib Rafiq REIT ( real Estate Investment Trust). Any expert can shed some light. Is it a good alternate to owning a property for rental value
Let’s see if some one answer it. I like to know what’s their current value per REIT.
Apartment in proper cda sectors like G-7, G-8, G-11, F-10 etc is also a good rental option, but commercial shop will have more rental return.islamabad.

Its better go for any commercial/residential plot,it will returns you better profit on your investment rather than rental income.
