Go for studio apartment in e-11 renal of furnished 15 to19 but avoid areas of north strip and behind wedding halls ie monal Khiva that area has some issues.check for multi 1 &3 medical and federation and go for ready apartment not bokking

I did not get "renal of furnished 15-19" , is this the price range of studio apartment in E-11 ?
What is the expected rent of the studio apartment ? Can't I get a shop in 2.5 million .. May be a small one but which is ready and can be rented out immediately
Dear infact I am only finding apartments and I have some not very good experience of shops due to goodwill factor. U can call any time.1
Don’t apartment / flats needs constant maintenance and shops do not ? why are you preferring apartments over shops ?

Why don't you invest in Bahria Town. You can get a studio apartment and immediately rent it out as summer is also approaching. Best Area Phase 1-6 Bahria..
