Don't go to shops if you purchase shop in 5 to 10Million in phase4 more better purchase commercial plot 15x20 3.5 to 6.5Million in safari valley phase8 then you can construction your own shops on your own land.My good wishes are with you.

I don't know much about Lahore but our forum friend Irfan ul haq can help and guide you about Lahore.He is from Lahore and invested in Bahria phase8 and i think Dha phase2 and Bahria Enclave or Bahria phase8 is safe investment even in Pindi or Islamabad.
